At Eva Minge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected fashion piece is not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Register Your Return
Log in to your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
